I have supported & advised some of the largest UK companies as clients & have been appointed as their Principal Designer.  This has also given me exposure to work with some of the largest Principal Contractors.  

I have been appointment as the PD & in the safety function throughout the construction phase for new build housing projects, including high rise apartments, low level apartments & private & social housing projects.  This has been throughout the UK.

 I have been appointment as the PD & in the safety function for demolition projects including nuclear facilities, including reactors.  Food, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical & gas & oil holders & facilities.  

I have supported clients in the construction, demolition & refurbishment of medical facilities in both the PD & safety disciplines.  

Within the Northwest & have supported numerous Universities & schools in construction, demolition & refurbishment projects.  Usually challenging projects due to the age & heritage of the building & the added risks of asbestos & the proximity of the students.  Attention to detail ensures projects are conducted safely.

Within this sector compliance is key.  The training requirements & equipment compliance is at such a level to ensure projects are conducted safely.  Having covered senior a management role in these sectors & coordinated people equipment, crane lift activities, extensive knowledge with a robust but calm management style is a necessity.

I have been appointed as the PD & as a safety consultant by 3 of the UK's largest & most prestigious manufacturing Aviation & Maritime companies.  With involvement with Airfield refurbishment projects, large scale demolition & construction projects & the installation of precision manufacturing equipment.

I have covered retail construction, demolition & "fit outs" as the PD & safety representative.  Conducting inspections & audits for safety compliance for one of the largest supermarket retailers in the UK.  Including large stores, small stores & petrol station upgrades.
