The CDM 2015 "triangle" puts a legal duty on the Client to ensure that all aspects of the project are conducted in a safe manner. As the client advisor, I will ensure you have the required knowledge, explained in a way that "you" understand. Ensure that all relevant documentation is produced to the required standard. That you as the client have “discharged your duties” correctly and ensure you have honest advice as and when you require it throughout the design and Pre-Construction phases.
Whether it’s the paperwork for company compliance, producing Construction Phase Plans and ensuring the onsite paperwork is relevant and compliant before the project starts, to ensuring all your team have the correct qualifications.
We can complete or guide you so "you" as a company are compliant protecting the valuable reputation it has taken years to develop and ensure your most valuable asset "The team" are safe at their place of work.
There are numerous documents I can create on behalf of a client or company. As a Principal Designer, I will ensure, that on your behalf the following is created:

All the above documentation is produced to enable the Principal Contractor to develop a methodology and produce their Construction Phase Plan documentation to ensure compliance.
Within the CDM "triangle", the Principal Contractor has documents they must not only complete, but ensure they are relevant and "fit for purpose" for the project.
I will compile or review any documentation created to ensure the documents would achieve compliance throughout the lifespan of the project.

Getting the right training requirements for your staff and then maintaining that standard can be challenging and time consuming.
I would discuss and do a gap analysis of your current status, then produce a strategic plan to ensure you are fully compliant in the cheapest and shortest possible timescales.
In addition, I can arrange the courses through my training provider network and ensure that you are notified in enough time to attend refresher courses and maintain compliance.
For some reason Health and Safety File completion seems to be a challenge for most contractors.

I work with you and any designers to ensure the information is available, relevant, accurate and in a format that is useable.
Having an independent auditor to highlight any issues, good and bad will enable you to correct issues and also develop best practice within your company and on the projects. From an initial CDM site setup up audit, regular weekly or monthly audits to a "Snap" audit, the frequency and type is dictated by you.
I use an electronic auditing system, that gives you factual information, enforced with pictures to give you the confidence the site as are being managed correctly and the workforce are working to a Safe Systems of Work. The question sets can be tailored to the company or the project.
